ProGini QR provides tools to generate, download, and manage QR codes from URLs you provide. Features and limits may change as we improve the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not generate QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, deceptive, or malicious content.
  • Do not use the Service to phish, distribute malware, or infringe intellectual property.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not resell the Service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the URLs and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the legality of the content you encode.

The ProGini QR brand, design, and software are owned by ProGini and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Pricing and Payments

Free features are offered at no charge. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
